This and The Weeknd's After Hours are two of the albums that really made me feel the same kind of emotions when listening from the first to the last track. I don’t understand some of the negative feedback Chalkys get - I have never had any problem and would absolutely recommend them.

In my opinion there is not a bad track on the album and the stand out tracks are "Two Weeks" "Pendulum" "Video Girl" and "Give Up".If I was to say one thing about LP1 here, it would be that this record sounds like the possibilities of what "now" music can be. With that kind of timeframe, you can't help but have high expectations for the finished product, expectations "Magdalene" more than meets from the off.

FKA Twigs debut stands at a similar crossroads (IMO) whereby it will be influential from this point on.Despite the pandemic it came at a reasonable time frame (few weeks) my sister is happy with her birthday gift ! Known by her stage name FKA Twigs, Tahliah Barnett is a multi-talented artist who has captivated audiences with her unique blend of music and dance. Very glad that I did, as I've now added a new artist to my list of favorites for the first time in a couple of years. LP1 also features artwork from Jesse Kanda, who has manipulated his own photographs of twigs to stunning effect.
